Fingercuffs A Bristol Rock Band Fingercuffs was born of a recording project and frustration, leading to Simon Whetham (vox, gtrs, programming) and Pete Ashman (bass, backchat) taking the drum machine they were rehearsing with out on the road. Heads were turned as Fingercuffs struck up with their rock assault, leaving the audience to question "Were there really only two of them up there?!". The band have received airplay from XFM, Star FM and Bath FM, and many favourable reviews of their first mini album 'Built-in', 'Champion the Underdog' recorded at Bristol's Fire Station Studios and their current self-produced album 'BLANK' (no such thing recordings). With the addition of second guitarist Vince Bryant and drummer Phil Hall in 2003, Fingercuffs have played around a thousand triumphant shows in and around Bristol, bursting hearts and eardrums every time.
